Einstiegsszenario
Sie haben von Ihrem Ausbilder die Aufgabe erhalten Kontakt zu einem internationalen Dentallabor, das DeLaFIS (Dental laboratory for international service), aufzunehmen und dieses als Kooperationspartner für internationale Geschäftsprozesse zu gewinnen. Hannes Kannes, Zahntechniker der DeLaFIS ist Ihr Ansprechpartner. Ihr Ausbilder hat einen Onlinecall mit Herrn Kannes organisiert, bei welchem Sie die Präsentation Ihres Betriebes zu übernehmen haben.
Analyse / Information
Your task now is to win an international dental laboratory (the DeLaFIS) as a cooperation partner for future international business processes. The online call is scheduled soon. In a group of 4 discuss your thoughts and create a checklist on what you need for the online call.
You may want to consider the following aspects:

Now take the checklist and plan the presentation of your laboratory. Write down all important information you want to cover and look up the words you need*.

- Plan your presentation. Plan to present for approx. 5 minutes.
- Prepare what you are going to say during your presentation. Did you look up important vocabulary? Did you consider using professional language?*
- Finish everything up. Upload your presentation to Moodle.
- Think about questions for the other presenters.
- Present & answer question.
*Use digital support / generative devices wisely. Do not just copy, paste & read out loud. It will be obvious.

Hannes Kannes arbeitet als Zahntechniker bei der DeLaFIS GmbH (Dental laboratory for international service). Das Dentallabor hat einen neuen Kunden in Spanien gewonnen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Kunden wird in englischer Sprache erfolgen.
Fr. Dr. García Sanchéz einer Zahnärztin hat zu einem ersten prothetischen Auftrag angerufen.
Hello Mr Kannes,
I have sent you the intraoral scans for a new prosthetic work. There are three monolithic single crowns at positions 25, 26 and 36. Please note that the patient has very sensitive temporomandibular joints. She has been treated for craniomandibular dysfunction for two years. The occlusal contacts must be positioned precisely. In particular, there must be no premature contacts.
I have sent you the results of an electronic functional analysis. Please note the values determined for the horizontal condylar path inclination, the Bennett angle, the immediate side shift and the retrusion. With dynamic occlusion, complete disculsion of the posterior teeth is absolutely essential.

ich habe Ihnen die Intraoralscans zu einer neuen prothetischen Arbeit geschickt. Es sind drei monolithische Einzelkronen an den Positionen 25, 26 und 36. Bitte beachten Sie, dass die Patientin sehr empfindliche Kiefergelenke hat. Sie wurde zwei Jahre lang an einer craniomandibulären Dysfunktion behandelt. Die okklusalen Kontakte müssen exakt positioniert werden. Insbesondere dürfen keine Frühkontakte entstehen.
Ich habe Ihnen das Ergebnis eine elektronischen Funktionsanalyse mitgeschickt. Bitte beachten Sie die ermittelten Werte zur Horizontalen Kondylenbahnneigung, zum Bennettwinkel, zum Immediate Side Shift und zur Retrusion. Bei dynamischer Okklusion muss dganz sicher eine vollständige Diskulsion der Seitenzähne erfolgen.
